Delivery is important

Once you have placed your order online, we know you want it delivered fast. That’s why we will despatch orders placed up to 4pm for next day delivery. Combined with our online network decisions, we get your order out faster.

We aim to meet the following delivery targets.

* Saturday - orders placed prior to midday delivered Monday

2, Delivery Information - Physical Stock (International)

Ships in 7-21 days: This normally means that we will be sending via Airmail from within our store chain and will therefore take a little longer to reach you. Please note: In the event that we are unable to obtain further supplies of the item/s we will contact you within 21 days to advise you of the situation.

International customers please be aware that we will be unable to refund any postage and packing costs incurred in returning a product to us under our 28 Day Returns policy.

In order to assure your download links are delivered to you promptly make sure all the information that you enter into the payment area is correct, and your email software does not block mail from the internet. Unlike our competitors, we no NOT provide time limits to receive our MP3 Links.
